I have always been a people photographer. Born in Saigon in 84′, at a time before perestroika and glasnost – when tanks and other detritus of our war still littered the streets as silent monuments to a decade long tragedy. I was fascinated by the outside world at a young age – the kaleidoscope of cultures and individuals stimulated my mind and dreams. After traveling extensively for nearly a decade, I finally created this blog to share my experiences with the world. With you.
My main job is a fashion/commercial and wedding photographer – http://www.jackietranphoto.com – but to travel, and photograph the abundance of life that is all around us, is what I always look forward to. To travel, is to grow.
